Carpet and seat extraction dramatically reduces odors trapped in fabric. Severe smoke or biological odors may need multiple passes — we'll be honest about expectations up front.

Yes. A 15% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking to lock in your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your final invoice.

A 3% surcharge applies to all card payments. Cash and bank transfer have no surcharge.
