SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Coleman Detail LLC, doing business as Coleman Detailing. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

When you opt in, Coleman Detailing may send you text messages including: appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates and follow-ups, account and service notifications, and — only if you separately opt in to marketing — occasional promotional offers.

How You Opt In

You can opt in by submitting your mobile number through a form on our website, providing it to us in person or by phone, or texting us directly, and by checking the SMS consent box where one is provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, the number of appointments you book or inquiries you make).

Cost

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Coleman Detailing does not charge for the messages themselves.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision.
