While the exterior work was satisfactory, the interior service could have been improved. A $50 surcharge for stain removal was only disclosed upon arrival, despite prior inquiries regarding additional costs for stain treatment. Unfortunately, the stains on the seats were not fully removed, rendering the surcharge ineffective even if it had been paid. I am aware of other service providers who have successfully addressed similar issues. Furthermore, the lingering odor in the vehicle, which I had hoped would be eliminated, persisted beyond a single day. Despite these concerns, I have assigned a four-star rating, although I had initially considered a lower assessment.

they're great I had mold in my car, Ben was able to arrest it remove it and sanitize. very good equipment and cleaners are used and suction and the vacuum leaves the interior of the car quite dry at the end. he spends a long time detailing I wouldn't go anywhere else! Allan

I was driving from New Jersey to North Carolina and had an allergic reaction to the allergens and pet dander in our car. Since I was only in town for a few days visiting family, I really needed an interior detail done quickly before the trip back home. Benjamin was accommodating, came by the very next day, and completely transformed the interior! The car smells like absolutely nothing now. All fresh, clean, and allergen-free. Ben spent almost 4 hours detailing my 2018 KIA that has been garaged, no kids, no pets. Great attention to details and no unnecessary upselling. The price was reasonable and Im very pleased! Hes fairly new to the area, local young entrepreneur. I highly recommend him!

Southern hospitality and chivalry are not dead here. Benjamin is a professional and friendly man that is punctual, detailed, never slacks and will clean his and your work area when he is done. My van had gone two years with out a wash. I was embarrassed to be seen in it. But Benjamin worked his craft and I have a vehicle that Im proud of. Its like brand new. This young man doesnt disappoint and Ive already booked a six month wash only due to driving to much to sit still. He is A+++++ all the way.
